MAKE A WISH   Leave a comment

Make a wish and your dream will come true
make me smile and I,ll laugh with you
——
Let me smile each beautiful day
and all lifes dreams will come your way
——
Dance with with me at sunset
and I,ll dance with you
—–
Serenade me with a song
and I,ll sing you tune
——-
And make all your wishes and dreams come true.

THE POETRY OF RHYME DANCE WITH ME   Leave a comment

Poetry poetry
rhyme away and dance with me
——————-
Paint your words across the floor
tap the keys and create some more
——————-
Feed the words so sweetly
I,LL draw your words as poetry
——————-
Sing me a note
I,LL give you a key
after that its history
—————–
History of something beautiful one word say
as words dance across the page
———————
Notes get together and sing
quavers and semi quavers start rhyming
—————–
Humming and strumming along the way
this poem is becoming a play
actors rolling rolling away
——————-
As notes beat and the instruments play
the note perform a symphony
of harmonic poetry
———
Poetry of rhyme dancing with me.

YOU SERENADED ME BY THE SEA   3 comments

You serenaded me by the sea
sun kissed lips kissing me
—————-
sunset over the bay
waves lapping invitingly
drawing you enticeingly
————
For a midnight swim
long after tea
gulls shriek merrily
————-
Waves run and roll away
its getting towards the end of day
night is certainly on its way
————-
Stars put on a nightly display
many many light years away
————–
In far flung galaxys
way way above you so silently
moon glowing so beautifully
people sleeping peacefully
all that’s left you and me
————-
Serenading each other by the sea.

THE PASSION OF POETRY   Leave a comment

The passion of poetry

words laid bare

thoughts of wisdom everywhere

moments of beauty when are hearts sing

words beating with our writing

never a moment never a day

when beauty of words comes out to play

just like a hmyn we may sing

words in our brain

come out buzzing.

I RUMBLE AND ROAR   Leave a comment

I rumble and roar out side your door

flashing and crashing with a mighty roar.

I send sparks flashing across the sky

you think its just another bonfire fire night.

But your memorys not  quite clear

flash backs of the past

war and fear.

Artilery coming inbound loud and clear

lightening frightening

its all to clear .

Post ruamtic stress

suffered by those far and near.

The effects of war

thunder lightening and tears

our veterans suffer these for years.

While you and I sleep in peace.

THE NIGHT IS THE REALM   Leave a comment

The night is the realm of darkness and fear

where shadowy creatures hide, creep, lurk and appear.

From shadowy crevices they come and crawl

creatures of evil appear having a ball.

Cunning and devious with out any cares

Preying on less fortunate vulnerable bring them fear.

Dark and deceitful they haunt and hunt there prey

no care in the world but to harm others each day.

Blood thirsty beats haveing there say

bringing eveil and harm along the way.

RAINBOWS OF WARRIORS   Leave a comment

Rainbows of warriers float across the sky

puffs of white moisture so beautiful and light

so white and soft for all of us to see

like cottons buds of different shapes and sizes changing constantly

the beauty of our creator we look up and see

his magical art work a real masterpiece.
