BEANEATH THE PEACE OF THE HEAVENS   Leave a comment

Beneath the peace of the heavens
I did rest and lay
In the peace and tranquillity
of beautiful sunlit day

Gazing at the wonders of life
amongst londons streets
of skyscrapers and decay

then walking amongst the throngs of people
slowly going about there day

I found a beautiful church
and peace and thought about my life
and began to prayer

stain glass windows of beauty
let in the sunlight rays
as I opened up my heart
and let our lord god into my wonderful day

It seemed life forever I sat there speaking in prayer
amongst the few people
who were gathered there in prayer
Beneath the heavens I found peace and tranquillity there.

When I gazed at your poetry
as it swayed across the page .

It rhymed so perfect and beautifully
It read like a verses of true poetry.

The tranquil and peace it brought into my day
such gift is your poetry

Rhyming across each wonderful page
words magnificent and beautiful to.

Written from the heart
they speak to you.

Telling a story across the page
beautiful poetry
for my gaze.

Blue skys birds on the breeze
heavenly wonders the daily breeze
——-
Earths living wonders which brighten our day
all the great things created along the way
——-
The marvels of our lord

In his creations we gaze along the way
———
The sun as it sets so heavenly
The moon and stars so high yet we see
———
The mountains and rivers
people at play
———
Our lord god gave us all this
to brighten our day.

in Flanders field where poppys lay
Our brave men of honour

Four valentines for words for poetry for you
life is worth living with some romance to
————–
like a beautiful seed sewn one day
