The ashes were scattered just in front of a tree close to a water feature
as water was special for Jacky
a moment of peace and after a few kind words too
I turned to walk across the crematorium and had a shock before me
as stood there against the wall Jacky was waving at me
I turned to the lady with me and said there’s Jacky
with shock I stopped and stared then she was gone
in flash a moment so brief but so real
she had just been buried
but had appeared again so briefly
to wave us good-bye at the end of her journey
through life this is in memory
of Jacky kelly .
